Look Inside feature not working on any books. Suggestions? Another gitch?

I've reloaded Flash and Java. What else? Even the message bar to Support didn't work earlier. Check your books!

Mine works just fine !

What browser are you using?

Also if the book is brand new the LOOK Inside! may not have kicked in yet~!

Using Firefox. I've never had a problem. Maybe I need to reload. I expected my new novella to be slow to show up, but none of them come up. I'll keep working at it. At least I know others' are working. Thanks, JT.

I just tried mine -- Charlie's Bones and Charlie's Web -- and they're working fine. I'm using Google Chrome.

I just checked my books using IE and it's working there, too.

PS: The KDP FAQ say it takes one week after the book goes live to have a Look Inside

Even those downloaded this summer aren't coming up. The page is, but not Look Inside. I've done something wrong if others' features are loading. I just did a system restore to another point, but that didn't help. Frustrating! Maybe I should try Chrome. Thanks for your input, LL.

That's a link to amazon.com's information on Look Inside. You have to enroll in it for print books, but ebooks are automatically enrolled. I've been assuming you're talking about ebooks, but I'm wondering if some glitch has made the system think yours are print books and you haven't enrolled for Look Inside. I don't know if that's possible, computer-wise, but then I'm no expert on computer programs.

That's my problem. I know just enough to be dangerous in some areas. I downloaded Chrome, a new Shockwave, am enrolled in Look Inside, restored to Oct 14, deleted anything since that popped back up that might be the problem. As said Adobe Flash and Jave were reloaded. It was working yesterday. The books' feature opened on my daughter's computer, so that's the important thing. If others can open it, I won't stress so much and just turn it off for the night. Thanks again for all's help!

During all of this, I had two sales (so ready for those!), so today wasn't a complete washout.

Deep breath exhaled. Saw this notice as I was about to sign out...in case others have a problem tomorrow.
