Nicola Claire lives in beautiful Taupo, New Zealand with her husband and two young boys.     Another amazing booking in this series. I enjoyed every last word! The characters are so fun,scary at times and amazing that I just can't not keep from turning the pages often to late at night. I just have to know where this next book leads our "little hunter".

    I got the first book of this series because it was free. I have purchased the rest as they are all wonderful and carry on immediately from the previous book. Yes, there is some repetition summarising what has happened so far but only in the 2nd book is it truly obvious and annoying. Either the author puts less and less in as the books go on or she got better and spreading it out so it doesn't feel so in your face.

    The story is not only about vampires (nosferatu), vampire hunters (nosferatin) and their intricate relationship but a book about self-discovery, love, conflict and more.

    The books are beautifully written (even though there are some minor spelling errors and misuse of they're, there, their type words), easy to read and difficult to put down.

    I did not expect a love triangle and was so upset when I realized the direction of this book. I was so upset I had to read another book before I could continue to read this. Outside of the obvious direction of the love triangle the action, romance, and suspense were on point. New threats are introduced and they are far more entertaining than ol' Max. They have more depth and the author gives you a sense of who they are.

    I Love Lucinda but hate how she handles her love life. No matter how much she frustrates me. I loved the majority of this book. If you've read the first you will like this one..but prepare for the emotional roller coaster Lucinda will take you through.

    Let me first say that I am a fan of Nicola’s writing. She is actually one of my favorite authors. I just enjoy her style of writing and how she brings us into the world of all of these characters. She creates this plot that pulls us into every scene. There is fun filled action pack, twist and turns and even heartbreak. Never a dull moment.

    So now Lucinda’s relationship with Michel is progressing a lot. To where now she knows she loves him, but she is not for sure if it has to do with the bond and joining. She is second guessing a lot of things because she does not think that if they were not bonded then they would not be together. And the fact that Michel hides a lot information from her does not make things any better.

    Then you have Gregor that comes in the picture. And he and Lucinda share something that she did not even want to give Michel. I have to tell you, I absolutely HATE love triangles. Sometimes they are just not needed. I mean don’t get me wrong, this was very entertaining, but I just HATE love triangles. I cannot deal with them. To me it either you want to be with someone or you don’t. I understand that people are attractive to one another, but man let’s not go with the Love Triangles. Oh and you can’t forget Nero… That’s another story.

    And then for Michel to compromise and say I will share you, I don’t think that is right. Lucinda would not like Michel being shared now would she? It will be very interesting on what the next installment has in store for us. Because there are still unresolved issues between Lucinda, Michel and Gregor. Oh boy, I guess I will have to wait and see what’s next.

    And then hopefully we can see what else is going to happen with shifters. There are some issues going on within their pack. So hopefully we can see a conclusion to that.
