5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book
Verified PurchaseThis is a wonderful book edited by Claire Thom. All sales of the book go to water.org, a charity. The premise is a simple one: 100 poets from around the world have written poems about water. In a world where water is at risk...whether there's enough of it; whether it's clean anymore; whether underwater life is safe in it or can survive in it...it's important to raise consciousness about water so we can all help to save it. This book's poems help do just that---raise consciousness about water. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars outstanding collection
Verified PurchaseWho could imagine there would be so many aspects of water to inspire so many poets? And it has inspired the over 100 international poets featured in this outstanding collection. Not only a delight to the eye with the fantastic cover picture by Mike Curry and illustrations by Colin Thom but wonderful poems to dip into and enjoy over months and years. A 'must' for any poetry bookshelf.
