A lovely collection of insights on the experience of letting go by some 90 poets from across the globe. It's a surprisingly light read for such a potentially laden subject. Well done, Wee Sparrows. Another invaluable and timely anthology that brings us all together in perhaps one of the most common of experiences.

A poetry anthology -- great to read, and beautiful to reside on a coffee table.

It's difficult to rate an anthology, especially one in which your own poem resides. So I'll rate it based on how I'd rate my favorite poems in it.

"No Time to Eat His Sandwiches," TW Warrpos
    "One Last Dance," Stuart Beveridge
    "20 Smithfield Street," Shelby Schumacher
    "Not," Sarah Tait
    "Easy Peeler," Rosanna Foster
    "Coins," RJ Humbl'
    "Them Oranges," Pete Taylor
"I See You in Colors That Don't Exist," Paul Matsumoto
    "Shedding Skins," Orla Beaton
    "Staircase," Mirjam Mahler
"The Zebra That Galloped Through Seoul," Miranda Lynn Barnes
"A Ghost in the Machine," Louise Goodfield
    "Somewhere," Kelli Weldon
    "Cat Eyes," John S Green
    "Chronicles," John Muri
"On a Farm Road in Valencia," Jen Steed Knapp (ME, this one's mine! 😁)
    "The Lost Temple," Bryn Robinson
    "Melding, Melting," Emily Paluba

What a wonderful poetry anthology this is - over 90 international voices sharing their own unique experiences of loss and saying goodbye - yet so relatable to me in many ways - and I’m certain it will be to many others too.
I love the opportunity that these poets had to express their feelings, say goodbye, reflect and remember too. A real gem of a poetry book.
