    This story kept you on your toes until the end. Lots of intrigue. Loved the main characters Delilah and Luc. What a great love story between two opposites. Can't wait to read more from this author.

    Well, I did manage to finish it. Plot: mildly interesting. Far too many sex scenes to actually flesh out the plot, mind you. Especially at the end, when the hero told the heroine that not only had the villain done X, Y, and Z to him, but come to think of it, the villain had also done A, B, C, D, etc. -- all mentioned for the first time there at the end.

    Punctuation: D-. Syntax and spelling: D+. Plot: C+. Sex scenes: B+, but far too many. Galloway family: B. Heroine: A. But I have made a mental note that Livia Quinn is an author I plan to avoid.

    This is the 2nd book to this series. Being a model is not a bad gig. It pays really good. Then bring a cop into the mix and you have fireworks. To help those in need and to love your job is wonderful.

    It's very much an instant relationship, so things feel a bit rushed and lean a bit to the sexual side some of the time. The suspense elements work, although my suspicions were faster than theirs. Definitely sets up other books with character mentions but it is stand-alone.
