Il libro contiene 30 specialità italiane, raccontate dalla voce di Giuseppina, casalinga e mamma madrelingua, e da quella del figlio Giovanni, presidente dell’associazione “Italiano Semplicemente”.
Insieme vi raccontano, passo dopo passo, come realizzare alcuni piatti tipici italiani, alcuni tipici della Regione Lazio.
Ricette gustose e soprattutto realizzate con ingredienti sani.
Nel corso delle spiegazioni vengono utilizzati termini e verbi che si usano frequentemente nella preparazione delle ricette italiane.
Tali termini sono spiegati di volta in volta nel corso di ogni lezione.
Molto spesso sono presenti anche esercizi di ripetizione, da realizzare mentre si ascoltano gli episodi audio.
Le spiegazioni sono arricchite da molte foto realizzate nelle varie fasi di ogni preparazione.
Alla fine del libro è indicata la modalità per scaricare le lezioni audio, che potete ascoltare più volte: in viaggio, mentre lavate i piatti, mentre fate sport oppure durante altre attività che non impegnano il cervello.

    Le ricette proposte nel libro sono golosissime. Le spiegazioni dettagliate, potrei dire, spiegate per filo e per segno. Tutte vengono agevolate dalle informazioni culturali, storiche, sennonché spiegazioni calzanti del vocabolario della lingua italiana. Non mancano le foto a corredo. Ottimo, secondo me raccomandabile per la gente che ama la cucina e cultura italiana. Per chi impara l’italiano è non si accontenta di quello che sa e contemporaneamente è un buongustaio .
