About the authors
A lifelong lover of all things Sci-Fi/Fantasy, B.S. Roberts (he/him) devotes his time to the genre by reading, watching, listening to, and creating everything that he possibly can in the genre. He prefers stories that include less-represented characters not cut out from the same mold and strives to create works representing all walks of life.
He has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with minors in history and behavioral studies, a master’s in Intradisciplinary Studies focusing on folklore and ethnography, and a graduate certificate in digital curation.
To break up the time, he also paints with both oils and acrylics, draws with pencil and Sharpie, and dabbles in photography. When not indulging in magic, futuristic technology, or the arts, he makes a living as a museum curator and an administrative assistant at the University of Maine at Augusta. When schedules allow, he plays pen and paper RPGs and board games.
He has short stories and poetry published in various magazines and literary journals online and in print, including From the Depths, In Parentheses, antiLang, What Rough Beast, and more.
B.S. Roberts lives in Maine with his wife, daughter, tortoise, silver pheasants, and cats. You can check out his current and upcoming projects by visiting him at www.BSRoberts.com
Hailing from the United Kingdom but almost certainly living elsewhere, Josh loves to explore and create fictional worlds, pulling inspiration from cultures and scenery that he has experienced during his world travels. He typically writes science fiction or fantasy, with short story contributions to several publications.
Merdhin Wylde (he/him) is a public high school English teacher. He lives in San Francisco with his chosen family, including his muse Jinx the dog. When not conjuring alternate realities, Merdhin devours fantasy/sci-fi literature and movies, supports live theater, and enjoys the diversity of his magical city. He is an Affiliate Member of the Horror Writers Association.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun, varied, and occasionally deep stories at a bargain proce
Verified PurchaseDisclaimer: I wrote one of the stories featured in this collection.
With that out of the way, this is a fantastic collection of stories from the ‘villainous’ point of view. theres some really nice variety there with stories like ‘treat death kindly’, ‘mrs Dracula’ , and ‘the healer’ offering a more thought-provoking read, and stories like ‘the talk’ and ‘6 principles’ giving a lighter, more humorous read.
The final story, ‘red eye to edingbirgh’ was just fantastic.
Highly recommended to check out.
