Jay Caselberg was born in a country town in Australia and then traveled extensively while growing up and later for his dayjob. He writes across many genres, both at short story and novel length, crossing the boundaries of Science Fiction, Fantasy, Mystery, and the Literary, generally with a dark edge. He is currently based in Germany. You can find him at http://www.caselberg.net and on Facebook
Patrick Thomas writes the beloved fantasy humor series Murphy’s Lore, which includes Tales From Bulfinche’s Pub, Fools’ Day, Through The Drinking Glass, Shadow Of The Wolf, Redemption Road, Bartender Of The Gods, Nightcaps and Empty Graves — as well as the After Hours spin offs Startenders, Fairy With A Gun, Fairy Rides The Lightning, Dead To Rites, Rites of Passage, and Lore & Dysorder and two more - Statenders and Constellation Prize - in the Startenders series.
His Mystic Investigators paranormal mystery series includes Bullets & Brimstone, From The Shadows (both with John French), and Once More Upon A Time (with Diane Raetz). Assassin's Ball is his first mystery, co-written with John French. He co-edited New Blood and Hear Them Roar and was an editor for the magazines Fantastic Stories of the Imagination and Pirate Writings.
Patrick’s humorous advice column Dear Cthulhu includes the collections Have A Dark Day, Good Advice For Bad People, Cthulhu Knows Best and What Would Cthulhu Do? He wrote the graphic novel Case of the Moon Maniac as well as the steampunk themed As The Gears Turn. His short stories have been featured in over fifty anthologies and more than three dozen print magazines.
A number of his books were part of the props department of the CSI television show and one was even thrown at a suspect. Fairy With A Gun was optioned by Laurence Fishburne’s Cinema Gypsy Productions. Act of Contrition, a story featuring his Soul For Hire hitman is in development for a short film by Top Men Productions. Drop by www.patthomas.net to learn more.
Jason M Waltz tells heroic tales, mostly within the speculative and grand adventure genres. Jason is also THERogueBlade, a high octane adventure publisher sharing heroic literature at Rogue Blades Entertainment, and founder/publisher at Rogue Blades Foundation, a literary publisher exploring heroics. Jason started '24 in 42,' an author interview videcast, in September 2024 and his Substack in November 2024 at 'Word Dancing with The Rogue.'
Julie Frost grew up an Army brat, traveling the globe. She thought she might settle down after she finished school, but then she married a pilot and moved six times in seven years. She's finally put down roots in Utah with her family--her husband and son, a herd of guinea pigs, and a "kitten" who thinks she's a warrior princess--and a collection of anteaters and Oaxacan carvings, some of which intersect. She enjoys birding and nature photography, which also intersect, and managed to photograph 500 bird species in the US in 2023. Utilizing her degree in biology, she writes werewolf fiction while completely ignoring the physics of a protagonist who triples in mass. She also writes other things, on occasion, as the fancy strikes her.
Her short fiction has appeared in Weird WWIV, Straight Outta Dodge City, Monster Hunter Files, Galaxy's Edge, Writers of the Future, The District of Wonders, StoryHack, Unlikely Story, Stupefying Stories, and too many anthologies to count. Her novels are available on Amazon, and you can find her on Facebook.
Milo James Fowler is the cross-genre author of more than thirty books: space adventures, post-apocalyptic survival stories, mysteries, and westerns. A native San Diegan, he now makes his home in West Michigan with his wife and all four seasons. Some readers seem to enjoy the unique brand of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and humor found in his ever-growing body of work. Soli Deo gloria. www.milojamesfowler.com
David Rae lives in the West of Scotland. He lives in a world of his own; a world of wonder, a world where hoards of workers spill out of factories, a world were fog and smoke shroud all kinds of creatures, a world where ruined castles, factories and houses were haunted by ghosts, gangs and memories. He lives in world where witches have been burned at the cross and martyrs have been hung on the Gallowgreen. He writes poetry and short stories and reads every trashy novel, every children’s book and every comic that comes his way.
He studied Botany, Architecture, Mathematics, Computers, Geography, and Ecology. He worked in a sweetie factory, as a scaffolder and ditch digger. He worked as draftsman and as an ecologist, as a statistician and as a policy maker. H is married and has four children, lovely children and now lovely grandchildren. And He continues to read and to write and marvel at the world He live in.
He his first novel CROWMAN, a dark fantasy novel is available now, CROWTOWER book two of the series is coming in June
David Morvryn (Sylvanus, Keith) Donachie is a writer, artist, game designer, and IT professional living in Edinburgh, Scotland. He lurks in a draughty garret (it is really a normal upstairs flat, but it is genuinely draughty), with his wife, and a large variety of scaly, furry, and chitinous pets.
David has written stories of every kind since he was old enough to hold a pencil. When he was little he used to make his own short story books out of loose paper and sellotape — it was always his dream to be a published author. Although he has written for a number of games (Solipsist, Starblazer, Mindjammer), The Night Alphabet is his first published work of fiction.
