    The book “Becoming the highest Example” for me is the essence of author’s life experience in the leadership topic and from the first pages I saw that the author really wants to save my time as a reader and he is writing straight to the point. The subjects of each chapters are interesting and writing style is easy to follow. In the book the author tackles the subject of how to be the highest example on all levels. I was lucky to attend the Leadership Trainings given by the author Milan Podlipny. This book is a wonderful addition to it which I re-read regularly for refreshing. In the book there are many practical principals how to be highest example and leader and I can apply them in many life situations, not only in my professional life but also in my relationships with my family and friends.
