    This book is a spiritual treasure. The book is mainly written in a question and answer format. Very high level spiritual truths are communicated in such an practical and incisive way. Spirituality should not be too complicated for us to understand and to put into practice. This book explains complicated topics such as the ego, creation, karma in a practical and topical way which is very easy for the busy person to put into practice. Links are given to Mohanji's websites where his meditations can be downloaded for free. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.

    This book is a Bible on spirituality. The world of spirituality tends to get quite complicated with theories, practices and concepts that are propagated by various schools of thought. Distilling this information into a practical and easy to follow language is the need of the hour. This book is relevant for those who are seeking liberation and are ready for the truth straight up. What I love most about the book is the direct and lucid approach with no bulls***. The answers are all in there for those who have been looking all over the place for it. Having said that, it is not one of the get-enlightened-quick kind of books. It provides a perspective to integrate the terrestrial with the spiritual - to incorporate spirituality into our every day life be it family, work, relationships, etc. I have benefited immensely from these teachings over the last couple of years.     I bought this book hard copy first, read it almost in one breath. Recently I bought it for my Kindle too, since it become a cornerstone of my life. It changed my views about spirituality, gurus, meditation, and thought me to reach and find my Soul as guidance, and not accumulating knowledge and blindly following Teachers. I am so grateful to have found this book full of genuine Enlightenment. It's as if my own Soul talking to my Self while reading it. I recommend this book wholeheartedly.
