      Whilst it may seem targeted at coaches, The Sport Parent Solution has first hand examples of working with parents that are applicable for not just coaches at all levels, but sports administrators, managers and business leaders. Any organisation that deals with parents on a daily level should read this book.

      A well thought out progression from The Culture System, where JP builds on frameworks and outlines to provide practical examples from real life situations, which take you from shock and awe to a place of inspiration and encouragement.

Compelling coaching stories are interwoven with practical strategies for encouraging parents to be actively involved in supporting the team goals. Any parent would benefit from reading and assimilating the ideas in this book and could engage in promoting and supporting the coach and the entire team experience. Highly recommend this short, concise, easy read for coaches to share with their assistant coaches, AD, administration, and parents of their athletes.

He presents many practical examples of how a coach can work to make parents allies and partners, instead of roadblocks. I just completed my first year as a head football coach, and I am excited to take some of the insights J.P gives and apply them to our program!
