    This is actually my first Amazon review! I originally bought this as a gift for my sister who is becoming a certified Transformational life coach in Human Design. When I perused it once it arrived, I had to order another one for myself! I came across human design 4 years ago, and I love the lens it provides for understanding and viewing oneself, and friends and family as well. If you’re a life coach… GET THIS!

    Jamie‘s book dives into the gates, and provides real-life application methods, and questions, to either pose and apply to yourself, your fellow friends who are also interested in human design, or your clients.

    What I love the most:
    As a 3/5 Manifesting Generator, I love the simplicity of the books layout, yet how impactful the perspective is on each gate. The questions/prompts that accompany each Gate are my absolute favorite part though. I was diving into each of my Incarnation Cross Gates, and let me tell you….when I read some of the question prompts, I feel like I was called out on some Sh$t! Lol! In the best way though. Social media is overloaded with Human Design info, but I’ve never come across questions like the ones Jamie includes for each gate. I wanted to shut the book the second I read one of the question prompts, and my Ego was triggered, but that’s exactly how I knew this book was Gold for me. Not even my human design expert sister, nor my ride or die bff, has posed such questions to me that got me seriously contemplating why I operate the way I do. And I looooove learning about myself and all the layers I have. Books like this will definitely be a frequently used resource!

    Jamie provides a fresh perspective and a new angle of approach with her expertise in this matter. I’ve even taken photos of my four Incarnation Cross gate pages, and I’ll be using them daily for self exploration and self healing. I also plan to use them as a guideline “checklist” if you will, to run my daily routines, scheduled plans, etc. through to make sure my ass stays in check! Haha!
