    One of the most compelling things about Joey W. Hill's stories involves the reality that even a hard-earned HEA does not a perfect life make. "Stuff" is always there and a reader can imagine the characters dealing with it, much in the same way we all do. The work never ends. If you're lucky, that is.

    Having said that, it is also beyond nice to read these little glimpses into those moments that make the work worthwhile. And in a compilation such as this, where all your favourite characters across series and across genres, experience just those reaffirming moments...well, reader-Dom just doesn't get any better.

    It was hard to "tag" this book because just about every keyword fits! Grab your beverage of choice, some chocolate and maybe a tissue or 10. And enjoy the glimpse into the "After Happily Ever After" of some of the best romantic figures ever created.

    Wow. I have read all of these stories before for free on Joeys fan forum site, which are still there by the way, but having them all together and in my library is awesome. Most of my favorite characters got some screen time and the only thing that would have made it better was if Joey had revised or edited them to fit a compilation book. She explains why she didn't at the beginning of the book, which I get, but I can also wish she had made a different choice. I've already purchased the next one!
