    Excellent, well-written horror book from this author. Yes, it does go back and forth between past events and present, but this is intentional, and if you resist the urge to "skip around", than it quickly starts to enfold and make sense, and then you know this is going to be good. And it is. It is definetly an occult style novel, and has slight shades of Kings " Needful Things". But unique in many ways, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Glad I stumbled on this book. Will be sure to check out his other books as well.
