- Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2018I enjoyed this short science fiction tale but it was confusing to me. Short stories are an art that must be very difficult to write. They don't often get a proper beginning, middle and ending. They may be well written but leave the reader ultimately unsatisfied. I didn't fully understand this likely because the concept is too complex for a short story, it needed to be novelette length to flesh it out to a cognizant story. Still, I give this credit for solid science fiction chops.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2013I liked the story. The first two characters introduced were reasonably well developed for their brief appearance. The remainder of the story moved well but parts simply were not edited. It's a convoluted first contact that presents an alternative to what we perceive as our history. A nice short that deserves better editing.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2014I enjoyed the book, however it is far to short. I feel that there is a definite opportunity to expand the story into a full lengthy book,I would definitely buy it.
