Jamie Lackey lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and their cats. She enjoys reading, writing, tabletop role playing games, video games, watching anime, baking, hiking, and mushroom hunting.

She has over 160 short fiction credits, and her short stories have appeared in places like Daily Science Fiction, Beneath Ceaseless Skies, Apex Magazine, Escape Pod, and Orson Scott Card's Intergalactic Medicine Show.
