JP shares ways to help you improve your relations with the most influential people in your athletes lives. Get the parents to help you enforce the standard. And when I take my coach hat off and put my parent hat on, I would love my sons coaches to read this book and look for ways to better the coach parent dynamic. Its less work than dealing with frustrated parents.

Whilst it may seem targeted at coaches, The Sport Parent Solution has first hand examples of working with parents that are applicable for not just coaches at all levels, but sports administrators, managers and business leaders. Any organisation that deals with parents on a daily level should read this book.

A well thought out progression from The Culture System, where JP builds on frameworks and outlines to provide practical examples from real life situations, which take you from shock and awe to a place of inspiration and encouragement.
