Finally resolved. Got the money. Still don't know what went wrong or with who or why, but I got the money.

Finally resolved. Don't know why or how things got screwed up or how they got fixed, but the money is in my account.

Just want to say thank you for this post. I was totally surprised to see my royalties go down by $20 but it's been just over a month since I published so you answered my question.

Read the thread, "Know your Reports and Sales" on the General Questions forum. It will help you.

The Reports will tell you how many sales you've had each day if you check them each day. There's no way to tell the exact time unless you check on an hourly basis yourself.

Thread provided by you has no data or help content for tracking sales on hourly basis or sales of ebook on specific days So, PLEASE explain me how and where to track KDP ebook sales on an hourly basis for any date in this thread itself.

As cdale replied in answer to your first question, there is no way to track your sales on an hourly basis unless you yourself check your sales dashboard hourly. That means checking your month-to-date every hour on the hour for every national platform and seeing what, if any, change took place since the last time you checked. Even then, it won't tell you in which hour a book was sold, only when the credit card transaction cleared, which could be hours or days after the unit was ordered ( the graph showing under Reports).

In addition to the month-to-date, you also have the prior-six-weeks chart on your dashboard and can download an Excel spreadsheet for any month completely processed, which would also include KENP information.

Thank you "Ralph E Vaughan" for explaining me the hard work to be done without any food, sleep or any other human activities on an hourly basis no one told it properly So, I was unable to understand their solution okay now that you have helped me with the logic that can't be done by a human being I need to create a HTML code for that purpose is there anyone who can help me with that I really appreciate them by providing them with a lifetime free PREMIUM membership.

I am new to Kindle Direct Publishing and do not know whether I have EFT ( is it?) as I am in the UK

Go back to the beginning of this thread. Read it all carefully.

If you have set up your account for electronic funds transfer into your bank (EFT) (also known as direct deposit), then that's how you will be paid.

Click on Bookshelf at the top of this page, then at the upper right you will see a link to your account. Check to see what info you entered. Any UK bank should be able to do EFT, but you have to enter all the information asked for. If you don't know for example what an IBAN is or a SWIFT code, ask your bank directly. They will know.

SO does the 60 day waiting period for royalties earn always apply? Such as if I sold books in February, I wait til April. But if I sold any in march, I get them in may? and so on? thanks

Yes, as long as you meet the threshold if paid by check, and always if you have direct deposit to your bank.

i have been suffering the same 'non-payment of royalty amount to my bank account' since September 2015. i have already complained to amazon on their contact us form, and they say that the issue is being looked into. but till today (1st May, 2016) the issue is unresolved. its bad for amazon's reputation!!
