When people go to Amazon Kindle and type Your books Niche in, does your book show up in the first 5 pages? IF not, you need to fix that with Keywords in Title, Subtitle, description, in book setup keywords and get them in a low competition Niche.
Who would want to read your book? We live in a genre-driven world and indie authors generally lack the resources to appeal across a wide spectrum of readers. So, you have to figure out who will read your book. Romance? Mystery? Porn? Talking dog detectives? Specialized interest groups abound on the Internet, especially on Facebook and Pininterest, even on Amazon. If you're not targeting the right people, you're spinning your wheels. People post their books on these threads all the time looking for customers, not realizing they're throwing chum into a shark tank. Good luck with your writing.
There are many ways to promote your book correctly. Are you using the right words and description to target your audience? Are you relevant to them?

Hi Maira, How do I contact you? Obviously, I'm new here and very Clueless.
I wouldn't try and contact that person. She created an account months ago and only made two posts, to advertise her services.
I searched and couldn't find anything about Book Market.
So probably not a legitimate promoter.
If this person was a legitimate promoter, they would be more active on these types of forums (available to answer questions about their business). Also, they would be transparent. If you ask a promoter a question and they are evasive or become angry/ belligerent --run. A legitimate promoter will be open and honest and new promoters will offer free services so they get customer testimonials.
