The bar charts are horrible. Not one of the bars in my neighborhood is listed.
Did you enable the GPS feature in the dashboard? There's a separate listing for happy hours.

Okay, now I finally have it. I had assumed that the bars would be touching one another or very close to it. The skinny bar look isn't as attractive as what I had imagined it to be.

Just got it. I liked the line better but I'm sure I'll get use to it. But I don't have free books and I use CreateSpace for Paperback so maybe it's less useful to me than those who have those bars.

I agree with your point, but the bar method comes good on the longer periods.
That's true. However, the bars are thicker on the historical reports, because they're monthly intervals, as opposed to daily.

It was interesting to see, at a glance, how much damage the introduction of Kay Yu did. I have about 4 years' worth of data.

My sales have remained fairly steady from prior to KU 2.0 and through its release (until very recently,) but I am earning more from KU 2.0 than I was with KU 1.0.

I got the new system two days ago, and I hate it!

There's no refresh button, so I dismiss the page and go back later to see if new sales have been added. Having to log in each time and reset to month to date is a pain.

Before, I could easily see at a glance how many of which books I'd sold on any site. That is no longer the case.

You're one of the lucky ones. My royalties have, overall, been growing all along, since I've been publishing new books. However, the drop in unit sales immediately after Kay Yu (1.0) was introduced was quite evident for me.

Yes, that works. You just have to grab the bookmarklet from here: https://www.getbookreport.com/install. I did, and everything looks good again.

In case you haven't come across this yet, or for anybody else that might be helped by this...

The reports page will log you out behind the Book Report page but Book Report have assured us that updates there are not affected by Amazon logging us out :)

I like to leave Book Report open while the pc is on (for possible kerchings) & I was really annoyed to be told that the page behind logs out, I checked & mine had logged out. Happy bunny again after finding out that B R will still update. Just need some new kerchings now :)

Thanks Steve Smith/A Woodley for the getbookreport link. I hadn't come across this before, but have just downloaded it. It's a really useful tool - and so easy to install/use.

I don't like the new charts, either. I really get disgusted when I see change merely for the sake of change.

Wouldn't have been fantastic if they had included both bar and line (At the click of a button - on different screens). They have gone to a lot of trouble to alter it and provide us with more information. The line graphs were great.

I agree. It seems to be the case with a lot of things these days, changing stuff just because they can. The amount of people I know that installed the latest version of windows and then had to throw their laptops at the wall is amazing. Why can't they leave things be. If it's not broken, don't fix it. I don't like the new barcharts either.
All the best... Allan.

The historical data for pages read on my report page is WAY off to what was reported at the time. (I keep daily records on 8 novels) I hope I really did have that many pages read and that at some point I will be paid a juicy big check....dream on...

The powers-that-be finally give in to the whingers always clamoring for more free accounting tools, and now people are already asking for even more.
