Hi Everyone,

My Kindle Edition Normalized Pages (KENP) Read from KU and KOLL status showing 31 pn 18-August and 24 on 19-August.

Does that mean that readers have read all pages of my book from beginning to end?
Can these readers publish poritive.nefative review for my e-book?
Am I eligible to achieve some royalties in this case?
Market place showing the number of pages 497 pages for my title.

Awaiting your expert opinions.

Thanks.

It depends on how many pages you have in the book. It could also mean that 31 or 24 people each read one page only. We can only guess.

You will never know. Only the Zon knows and that lip is quiet.

Yes.

Did you read about the KU Select program? You are paid for pages read, not a 'royalty'.

Hi,

I think that you are paid $0.005 for each page.
I've got 8500 KENP for the last 30 days at $0.005
I will receive $42
Not sure to renew this option.

You're overly optimistic, mate. Under the current rate of $0.0040 your 8500 page reads are worth $34. Cheers!

Note: Unless it's from the India store, where your rate is a third that and your earnings subject to a 10% tax by Singapore and an 18% GST tax by India.

Well, SR, I suppose you're asking Tripod, not me, but the answer is rather obvious. Don't you know how many page reads you get each month? If not, you're either the only newbie here who doesn't obsess over such things, or your knowledge of what you can find out on the Reports page is sadly and woefully deficient. There are at least a couple of places you can find out KENP totals, both cumulative and running by store, before and after the value are calculated.

If you've never taken the time to look around the Reports page, especially since the extensive remodeling done by the KDP boffins, you really should make time. Knowing the tools, understanding what they can and can't do, will help you fulfill your accounting responsibilities as a small business owner. But if you decide not to, at least you won't be alone. Not by a far shot. Never before have I ever seen so much information provided which so few take advantage of.

Yes I am a newbie and still I am going through the tools related with Amazon Kindle to learn and make my understanding clear. And thanks for your advice.
