Is there any way to get the kindle version to not have the table of contents all out of whack? I have page numbers cut off and spacing all jacked. Is that normal for kindle books?

You don't have the TOC formatted correctly.

Nevermind. Dumb Question. TOC = table of contents. It's formatted fine on my print version. How do I format it for kindle?

Kindle should be done in at least a Word.doc and that uploaded.
The Word.doc program has instructions.
A paperback should be uploaded in PDF.

There's a sample html TOC on my blog.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)

You do realize, ebooks don't have pages, so the TOC shouldn't have page numbers in an ebook. Rather, a good ebook TOC is linked, so that clicking on a chapter name takes the reader to the appropriate page. You can do this through Word or html, as already noted.
