Help please to solve the problem.

I've made FXL mobi file and it is displayed perfectly in Kindle Previewer 3 on my computer. But when checking it in KDP Online Previewer, SOME pages have a thin border over margins. All images have the same border too.

https://forums.adobe.com/message/9909920#9909920

When launching preview I got an alert:
This book contains interactive features that cannot be previewed with KDP Online Previewer. You can use Kindle Previewer 3 to preview this book with its interactive features, or continue previewing without interactive features.
But I don't have any interactive elements in Indesign document.

What should I do to remove the borders?

Thanks a lot.

Just a guess:
It may be in the original manuscript formatting. If you used the program word, did you INSERT or copy and paste anything into it?
You want to INSERT a view such as a JPEG (per your second view shown at the link).

I layed out the book in Indesign, placing all images correctly.

Looks like you have some stray code in there somehow. Hopefully one of our formatting experts will have some ideas on how to locate and remove it.

InDesign is great for formatting print editions, but for ebooks it is not the best choice.

Oksana:

How'd you make the book? Are you trying to load a FXL ePUB, to KDP/Previewer and making the MOBI file that way, or...?

I made the MOBI file loading a FXL ePUB 3.0 with embeded fonts (https://www.safaribooksonline.com/blog/2009/09/16/how-to-embed-fonts-in-epub-files/) to Kindle Previewer 3.

I have noticed that the frame around pages appear only on those pages with bulluted list or numbered list. Converting Bullets to Text solves the problem with frames aroung pages. But i think it's very artificial way to solve this kind of prob.

Do you have any ideas?

Sure! Avoid fixed format with all its problems, and avoid embedded fonts with all THEIR problems. Leave that stuff to the experts, or become an expert yourself.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)

I hate to tell you this, but MOBI FXL format has NO similarities to ePUB FXL format. They are completely and totally different. If you persist, you'll have serious issues with the book on sale, once people buy it. YOu CANNOT upload an INDD-built FXL ePUB and build an FXL mobi, not successfully.

There's an entire section in the (big) Kindle Publisher's Guidelines, on how to correctly build a Fixed-layout MOBI file. If you have a comic or kids' book, there are special tools you can use, that are somewhat idiot-proof. But if you want to make the book yourself, you MUST use the coding that is specified in the Publisher's Guidelines.
