I like it but the text is a little small in the thumbnail, your name is almost impossible to read.
I also noticed that the size is 108kb, which would suggest it's not a full length novel/book. To avoid any grief from readers, I'd highlight this fact, giving either word count or approximate page count = word count divided by 300. within the description.
love the colour and fan design but as mentioned above the text could have been a little larger as in thumbnail size it is hard to read, although that may just be my poor eyesight.
But I really like the colour used, very warm and welcoming to look at.
I think the color and design you've chosen look sleek and very appropriate for the topic. I agree with the other posts about font size. It needs to be doubled so your book title is more prominent and your name is easily read. Other than that, it is great.
I also agree with the post that tells you to inform people up front about the size of your book. I'd go as far as making a notation that tells them the file size AND the actual number of pages. If not, you'll likely get a bad review from someone because it wasn't "long enough," but if you list it clearly in the description and someone is still sparse enough to give you a low review, it shouldn't affect your sales.
I really like this cover. The previous posters all made valid comments, so it would be good to consider the minor changes, but the overall look and feel is good.
If this was my cover, I'd create a business card (or book mark) sized version of this with the link to the book on it and hand them out at a Church or 10. Or you could give a 1000 to a Christian bookstore and ask the manager if the staff would be so kind as to place one in a bag with every book a customer buys. It's catchy enough to at least garner some curiosity for people to go check it out and perhaps buy the book.
There's loads of posts on here of people saying look at my cover and most of the time I don't post replies - as my opinion would be likely to offend. If some has spent months/years working on a book then I don't understand why they would not even spend £20 on a cover or at least know of one friend that can help them out with a nice looking cover.
That aside - yes, you've guessed it - you cover passes my test! I think it's fantastic! Love it to bits. But I'll tell you why as well.
What I really like about it that you don't have the title and your name pasted massive on the cover - the cover is given over basically to a calming looking pattern. So I get the feeling the new me with be calmer. This to me works big time. It feels right.
I wouldn't change a thing. I'm a freelance graphics designer by trade - have been for 15 years. So this I know what I'm talking about.
