I in my interface, at the pricing section see minimum price of an Ebook can't be set below Rs. 49 (Amazon India). But I see many of the publishers have uploaded their books at the price of Rs. 10 or somewhere around.

Any clues?

Are you talking about your price or the overall minimum to everyone?

They are traditional publishers and have special arrangements. If you self-publish, you're stuck with the minimum of INR 49. If your books are available at a lower price elsewhere, Ama*zon may price-match, but they're just as likely to tell you to raise your price elsewhere, because it's a violation of the TOS. If you don't, they'll block your books.
