My cover designer says my cover is 300 DPI but when I check it in the previewer is says the resolution is too low? Any ideas how to fix this?

If you're using CreateSpace and the resolution is "close" to 300 DPI (say, 283 DPI), you can submit the work anyway--it usually goes through.

I've found that the density of the saved pic file is not always properly picked up by the cover-creation logic there, but at least CreateSpace is flexible.

If you're using KDP Print Beta, you'll have to wait for someone else to chime in. I think this problem has surfaced before and someone had a solution to it.
