Go to D2D and your account. Remove your book/s that you have there.
It is not complicated.

Why would you request that they remove your 'email'?
That makes no sense at all as you would never receive a communication if a problem pops up.

Be aware that while D2D is very fast, the vendors may be slow, and Amazon isn't interested in our problems with vendors. So make sure that all sites have taken the book down.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)

Don't shout that too loudly! While kdp generally has the upper hand in ebooks, for the last 7 months, nook has outdone my ebooks 7 to 1 over Amazon.
It's all relative tho! What happens to my books might not happen to yours and vice versa.
not for printed ebook
Printed ebooks aren't a thing. They're either ebooks (electronical books) or print books.
and cs is only good for printed edition , not ebook
Well yes, and you're a clever one to think so. Too many now rush for kdp's new print editions, but you're smart not to go that route. And CS screws up the ebook to no end!
thank you

As for your earlier question, remove your books from d2d through their remove book option, then wait atleast 2 to 3 days, check B&N, Kobo, and wherever else it was published to make sure it isn't available anymore, and sign up to select.

On Nook I sell a selection of genres, in several languages.
From shorts to novella's, but no novels.

Just to add to that; The only time I might link to my work is to beg for scout nominations, but even that'll be a long shot..

How then do you hope to sell any books?

@OP: Dropping out of Apple, Barnes & Noble, etc. in favor of Kindle Select is IMHO a very bad idea. Apple especially has a big presence in countries where Amazon is a very small player. Similarly, Kobo is big in Canada.

About 2 months ago, I withdrew a couple of books from D2D. They delisted them from the various stores, but still show on the bookshelf as being 'Published'. This irks me. Smash-words has the best dashboard, because you can dump all the old stuff in an archive.

Organically.
I don't feel the need to spam my links anywhere. My stories will sell by word of mouth and reviews.
Marketing (apart from BB) have been a dead end lately. I make more not spending money, than I do trying to market and not meeting a ROI.
Especially my foreign language books, I've had no promotion anywhere, but sell more of them than I ever did with my English books.
