I have tried to email KDP on the contacts page; I have tried all different ways (24 to present), but have never had a response so far!
Has anyone had the same problem, or can anyone give any suggestions to how get response?

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom right of this page. It's some time since I used it but I seem to remember if you select "Other" at one stage it allows you to write a proper message. Include the ASIN code if it is about a specific book. :)

How close together are you sending these 24 messages? It often takes them a day to get back.

Check your spam trap to see if their response went astray.

The customer service emails have an auto-responder that acknowledges receiving the email. If you are not getting those emails the problem might be on your end.

Is the email address on your account the current one, or the one you check?

Thank you for your response, but this is the same as I have been emailing too. Up to 29 emails now and still not one response

Then you do have a problem on your end, because the auto-responder is working. Either you are using the wrong email, or blocking the response.

Try sending them an email as to why the haven't responded to your last twenty plus emails. :)

But before you do, what "all different ways" have you tried? I can tell you from personal experience that printing out the email, placing a stamp on it, and placing it in a mailbox will not work, if that is one of the ways.

I have not had a response to a message last week and just sent another query. Despite the fact that the message about issues reporting royalties has disappeared from my royalty statements, there are at least four books sold this month that are not reported on my current statement. Whatever problems they're having I do wish they'd address them in a timely fashion.

Of course not. Every email re-starts the process.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook. Each does one thing well and the other thing poorly.)

I called KDP today and got through in less than a minute. Well... technically, they called me, but I used the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

Any reason you're not calling, I mean, at least to find out why they're not responding to your emails :) ?
