I need help with formating. (Table of Contents) Page numbers, Cover
Do you have any emails of contract people who do this for a living?

If you would like to do it all for free yourself, these are the tools I use:


Sigil - A WYSIWYG eBook Editor
To create and format ebbok or import and edit from Open Office/ MS Word.


Calibre - eBook Management
To edit metadata, add cover, tags, etc. and convert to Mobi.


They are simple to use, and the learning curve is negligible, especially when
you consider the amount of money you can save, if you write a lot of books.

I also format for Kindle and Nook at very reasonable rates. Oh . . . you don't use page numbers in Kindle. Why? Because when the reader changes the size of the font, the page content changes either to more content or less depending on if the font is smaller or larger.
