How do I get rid of a table of content if I don't want it? It shows up in the back of my book, and I can't figure out how to correct it and would rather get rid of it all together.

Since Amazon requires you to have a Table of Contents, you don’t want to get rid of it. It’s in the back of the book for a reason: so it doesn’t get in the way of the Sample that prospective customers see.

If you really want to move it to the front, then, at the Calibre conversion window, click on “Mobi Output” and check the little box that says: “Put generated Table of Contents at start of book instead of end.”

That will do it. All of this is explain clearly in this book: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007F14XM8/

I think that it will show you how to solve your problems. Then, if you have any questions, e-mail me from the link in the book and I’ll try to help.

In the Calibre conversion steps

O shoot I have to look it up .......

AHHH Yes!

On the MOBI Output tab ant the top there is a check box "Do not add Table of Contents to Book"

Just check that and Poof no TOC!
