DTP / month-to-date reports

As of this morning I haven't been able to get on to the old DTP Dashboard (its basic color was green, like this Support forum). Instead I see the new Beta version (its basic color is blue). And for month-to-date reports, all I see is the past three days, June 13-16.

Is everyone experiencing that?

It's annoying because I really really like to know what my month to date sales are doing. Not only is this view limited to three or four days, but it doesn't total the sales.

My month-to-date hasn't changed. Most especially annoying is that the Units Sold section hasn't increased. Perhaps they are hiding the fact that, as an unknown author, I'm a best seller and they are scarfing up the profits that should be mine?

However, getting back to seriousity, nothing has changed for me. Still the green, still the same categories:
Title/ASIN/Units Sold/Units Refunded/Net Units Sold/Total Payment

How do you get the last three days? Is there a feature which displays by the day or are you just keeping count elsewhere?

It updates pretty much instantly. I, too, wondered how quickly it shows. Then, a friend of mine purchased it, and the figure popped up right away.

What url are you using?

I suspect there's a cookie that throws me into the new format even when I click on Amazon DTP at upper left of this board. Let me clear cookies and see what happens....

Nah. I can't seem to get back to the old interface.

It's not that I try to get the last three days--that's all the software shows me, June 13-June 16.

This is the Beta of the new interface that will presumably be rolled out on June 30. The month-to-date report has always been short-sheeted, but until today I could go back to the old interface simply by clicking on Community, which brought me to this forum; then I clicked on Amazon DTP and I saw the old interface, the only way I could see month-to-date sales.

Thank you! Alas, I seem to be on Planet Beta. I get the grand old DTP log-in screen when I click on your first url, but it takes me to https://dtp.amazon.com/mn/browse and not to Dashboard.

Same is true if I try to go to https://dtp.amazon.com/mn/dashboard -- I am instantly redirected to /browse.

Sigh.

Funny thing is, the month-to-date report still says June 13-16, but I have picked up two sales since yesterday.

I also tried signing out and signing in again; no joy. DTP Guy is smarter than I am.

Help!!

I just lost sales. No units refunded, sales have just vanished. Went out to dinner - came back and had lost a few dollars. We're not talking about break-the-Amazonian-bank kind of money, but in our current circumstances every dollar matters.

Anyone else having this issue or did the bad wizard just visit my account???

Same here, sales missing. This has happened occasionally before, and Amazon puts it right in a few hours.

I just sent the following email to the DTP help address. If you've lost some sales you might wish to send a similar mail so they know it's not totally isolated event. I imagine with the beta testing (I'm not one) and launch preparation, there will be glitches. Hopefully they'll put everything right, but it's troubling.

Between 7:30 pm EST and 8:15 pm EST my month to date on two titles lost a combined total of 14 copies (and related royalties) sold with NO CHANGE in the units refunds.

B001DBRD1O
Before 8:15 - net units sold 55; units refunded 1.
After 8:15 - net units sold 53; units refunded 1.

B00322OOVO
Before 8:15 - net units sold 212; units refunded 2.
After 8:15 - net units sold 200; units refunded 2.

I have logged out, cleared my cache, logged back in and same results.

Please investigate.

Same here. I hope they get it fixed. If it's not corrected in a couple hours, I'll be sending my own email. I know exactly what my sales were before they dropped off. There's a good reason to check frequently!

I've lost 50 sales in the last couple of hours - hopefully this will be corrected.

I believe this happened about a year ago. It took five or six hours to be corrected.

Thanks - good to know!

Even before the numbers went backward, things were unusually slow today - is it possible sales weren't showing up?

I take screen prints of my sales and print them out periodically. I think something is whacky because I lost sales without reversal and my royalties are the same as yesterday's, although some sales are present. Things are screwy. Please advise when this will be corrected.
