Does anyone have experience using Scrivener to convert books to mobi for Kindle?

Camp NaNoWriMo is offering a deal on Scrivener software this month, 20% for all participants and 50% off for Winners, and it's only $45 to begin with. The website says it converts to .mobi for Kindle. I was wondering how well it worked.

IN case anyone is interested, here's a link to the Scrivener page

This has been covered here before. As I remember, pretty much everyone likes Scrivener. You should be able to find the threads by using the search feature.

You can download a free trial of Scrivener and try it yourself. There's a learning curve so the free trial is a good idea.
