If you have accumulated $10 in royalties prior to the last 60 days in sales through your DTP dashboard managed titles, have your payment info properly entered into the system, provided your TIN, etc., and have not received a payout, you should contact support. I receive my payouts monthly, via direct deposit.
One time, I messed up something (I had made a change to where my account was held) and they notified me of the problem and helped me fix my info and then made the deposit that they'd already tried to make. So, in my experience, Amazon has been very good on making payments due.
So they changed it? I already got paid the last few times, and usually around the 15th. So they're waiting until after the 1st of the third month? There's nothing in the agreement that says when they issue payouts, only a given period of time after the last day of a month for sales. Was why I was asking.
This basically means that it's now 90 days of the end of the month, since I was not paid for November of last year until March 2nd, and subsequent months until way later than posted. I think DTP should be about changing its payout faq.
