Does anyone use the Search Inside the Book feature?
I have the look inside for the first chapter thing enabled but is this the same thing? I am not sure I can get a sample sent. DO you think it is worth considering?

Here's the Amazon FAQ for Look Inside the Book feature (which they also call Search Inside the Book on the same page): http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/?&nodeId=13685751#Kindle_setup

You don't have to do anything extra for Kindle. If you only have a print book, then you can send in a file.

Hope that helps!

Strictly speaking, Search Inside is only for print editions (and not all print editions at that) for which a PDF exists.

E-books get Look Inside, which consists of the first ten percent of the text, give or take a paragraph or two. (I think they try not to end in the middle of a sentence.)

Look Inside can't be affected by us one way or the other. It is what it is.
