I signed in and clicked on Reports, but none of the links are working. When I click on the links, nothing happens. Do you know when the site will be functional again?
1. Month-to-Date Unit Sales
View your unit sales transactions for the current and prior month.
2. Prior Six Weeks' Royalties
View your royalties for the past six weeks.
3. Prior Months' Royalties
View your royalties for the past 12 months. These reports are generated by the 15th day of the month.
None of the links on the Reports page are working for me either. This has persisted across two PCs and three different browsers on each (Firefox, Internet Explorer., Chrome). Never had this happen before.
It was working until 3:30 or so this morning when I woke up, but it isn't working right now for me either. I'm guessing the system is overloaded, they are doing an update (less likely because they didn't leave any update messages), or most likely, they have a glitch in their system and have to work it out. I'm guessing they are still working on it if someone is monitoring the messages here and they found out about it. In my experience, Amazon has been good about fixing things.
