hi, i just finished a kindle book. so i got a little familiar with mobi creator, kindlegen, and sigil.

besides these, is there anything useful for putting a book on the ipad?

do i really need a mac? or can that wait until the last minute?

You can publish to the Apple iBookstore through Lulu.com. You will need an epub file.
