It's been three day now and I still can't access the edit details page, the add new title page or the promotions page. I can only see my sales reports and find the books in the U.S. kindle store. I've tried using AOL, FIREFOX and GOOGLE CHROME, but it still doesn't work. Is anyone getting through. I can't even send a message to KDP because the contact us button doesn't work either.

I too am having the same problem trying to update my files. There is no way to contact KDP because even my email will not go through. Have you had any luck or any word on the status of this and when it will be fixed?
I am having the same issue, but only with ONE of my KDP accounts. I run three different publishing imprints, for three different companies. Two of them I can log in and Add New Title and edit old titles with no problems. But with the Circlet Press account I get the "We're sorry, the web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site."
We've now tried it from both Macs and Windows machines, from my house and from a co-worker's, from Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, all to no avail. Any time we log in to Circlet Press's KDP dashboard, we can't upload new or edit old titles. It can't be anything to do with the browser or OS, though, since when I log in as the Society for American Baseball Research, I can do everything just fine.
This is very bad as one of our major titles for the season went live on every other site already, but is still missing from Amazon, as this has been happening for several days now.
On top of that, the Contact Us form also does not work when I am logged in through my Circlet Press account. It's like there's something wrong with my account??

I am having the same issue. My reports are accessible but that is all. I receive a Page Not Found Error if I try to view details, manage promotions, etc. The most difficult part is the Contact Us is failing so I cannot contact KDP for my specific account.
