In my science book I use Greek letters for several parameters that are traditional. When I input my MS Word file it does not convert the letters properly. I need to use the MS Word file because I also use a hot link Table of Content which remains hot linked in the Kindle File. If I revert to a PDF file I would lose the hot linking. How else can I handle this?

Use the html "entities".

Save your doc file as html. Insert the html "entity" wherever a Greek character appears.

Don't even THINK of using PDF files!

Good luck! -- NJ
