Has this happened to anyone else? My German and French author pages (which I set up over 2 years ago) now show only one book, and it's impossible to add more ebook titles.

When I try to "claim" more books from French and German AC, it tells me my books don't exist. I've tried contacting Support several times, but they've just sent me to a page (in German) on the DE site, designed for German customers who are figuring out how to change their password or turn on their Kindle.

I bet it's not just me.

On the French site, I had to click english books for mine to show up. German site also.

Under books:
Are we missing a book?
If a program written your book does not appear in the above selection, you can add it now.
Add More Books
All Formats English Books

Had to click on the one saying English Books.

I had the same problem with the DE site, and finally had to get Support to intercede for me.
