An all time low this month in sales, and way too many returns for all of this to be normal. Is anyone else experiencing this as well? Any idea of what could be happening?

Unless your sales levels are in the mid hundreds or upwards per month, probably just natural variation.

up until yesterday, my sales have been strong, particularly over the long weekend. However i have noticed sales that are posting "late". as in, I'll check in at 8am and then 10a and find 5 more sales for the previous day.

Sales fluxuate and i think unless you're Stephen King or Nora Roberts, there will be cyclical fluxuations but I have wondered if there wasn't a delay in reporting issue.

Here's hoping it resolves itself. (or sales naturally pick up!)

Things go up, things go down. May is the best month I've had in a couple of years, and returns are lower than usual.

Good luck! -- NJ
