The graph here on the KDP site (look at the URL at the top of the page, it starts KDP) shows only e-book sales. It does not and will never show sales of physical books (softcover or hardcover).
If you published through CreateSpace, you need to go to their dashboard to see your sales there. if you published a physical book through a third-party publisher (like BookBaby), they will get the reports, not you, so you will have to ask them. Good luck!

I don't know about Softcover but Amazon is surely not a safe/reliable place to sell or buy anything these days.
According to recent report:
You must have heard of exponential and unauthorized billing/charging of children by amazon recently? They took off millions of dollars from children (aged anywhere between 0-17 or maybe most of them were not 17) for a mere online game. (Reported by a US Govt. Agency).
To what the agency said about this it can be said that it was an Illegal act by Amazon.
(I am not an Amazon Employee)
Best of Luck.
No, I haven't heard, but I have heard you, on every thread almost this morning trying to turn people against Amazon, a company who have turned would be writers into real writers by allowing us their platform. They cannot take money from anyone without card details; bank details only go one way, them to us. You don't know about anything; Did you publish something and didn't sell thousands so think Amazon are stealing your money? That is what usually happens with sour grapes people who want to bring law suits. Go ahead - let us know how it turns out, but please leave this forum alone! It is bad enough with all the spam, but at least we can spot that coming.
