Can somebody explain to me why (and how) Amazon decides that they will sell my books at an "average offer price" that is well below the list price? My book is not offered anywhere on the Internet, in hardcopy or ebook, for less than my list price. How do they come up with an "average" that is way below any other price? Are customers actually paying this lower price? I have the vague sensation of being cheated.
If you want any help with something like this, you'll need to give us some context and links to your book.
