Bookshelf Not Loading

This is the message I immediately receive when I try to enter the bookshelf.

"The service or feature you're trying to use is currently unavailable. We're working to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later."

I occasionally am able to get in, but when I try to publish a new book, everything is stuck trying to upload. I have high speed internet and this has never been an issue.

What should I do? Is there maintenance going on?

The site was having problems and other areas didn't work either.
I was trying to upload a book and hit snags too.

I'm getting the same message. As of yesterday, my books have changed position on my Bookshelf without my making any changes to any of my book texts or accounts. My sales-rankings for two of my books have been switched, on their book pages, such that the (much) slower selling book is getting the ranking appropriate for the higher selling (and vice-versa). This after there had been no updates to my sales-rankings for a couple of weeks. I sure hope this is something that is going to be back to normal as soon as possible and that it is not masking new sales.

I'm unable to publish my book too. I wondered if it was a browser issue until I tried it in both IE and Chrome. Neither worked.

What about the reports tab? Is it working fine for you guys?

Nothing's working.
I even tried to go to the contact us section but the same message appears.
My book had been stuck in the 'review' status. It was supposed to be published last night.

Same issue. I can see my sales graph though but it shows zero sales or borrows. I'm hoping that it's part of same error as it's unusual for me to not have a single sale or borrow by this time of day.

Also having the same issue. Have tried different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and Safari), and received the same error repeatedly. Hoping they will fix it soon.
