Try doing a screen shot of it, save as a JPG and INSERT that into your manuscript.

In order to give you a meaningful answer, you really need to give a better description. How large is large? At least state how many rows and columns.

I formatted my tables in Word using 14pt type, breaking up the large ones at the greatest available Kindle size manually, with a hard page break between to make sure they were confined to one page. My test case is to see if they work and are legible, on my old Droid Razr phone, which has a pretty small screen. If anyone is reading on a smaller screen than that, they must have Superman's microscopic vision.
