Belated updating of changing of royalty account

Hi - does anyone know what happens if you don't update your royalty bank account, close the old account?
I have now changed the details but there are royalty payments that will have attempted to go to the old account.

Presumably those payments failed. Look on your Payments report. Only KDP themselves can sort this out. Use the Contact link at lower right. good luck!
