Does amazon publish paper back in india domain?
I was able to publish in india domain but not the paperback version of it. Can anybody explain why?

I use CreateSpace, which is superior to KDP Print in every respect, and all of my paperbacks are for sale on the IN store.

Well, here's my book on the IN store. It's expensive but it's there: http://www.amazon.in/Notjohns-Guide-E-book-Formatting-Getting/dp/1539309150

I assume but don't know that CreateSpace (an Amazon company) will pay royalties to India. If it doesn't, there's always Payoneer.
