I am trying to update my files, but the book does not show up in the dashboard but is for sale in the Kindle store. Please advise!

Your posting count is 1, and your registration date is today, both indicating that you just signed on to KDP. I suspect you accidentally created a second Amazon account (very easy to do), and this account is not the one under which you published.

Suggestion: Log out, then log back in using your original sign-on and password. Do NOT rely on the browser to fill in your password for you--wipe that out and key it in yourself. See what happens.
