I believe that Amazon is making this issue personal. All I'm asking is that they remove two of the three manipulated reviews that came in on August 14th and August 16th of 2015 courtesy of the publisher who used his friends to write One star reviews. Amazon can see that there are a total of 24 reviews and the length of time between reviews. They can see that the three reviews came within 6 days of each other from a scorned con-man acting as a publisher. Obvioulsy they can see the motive. They can see the pattern of reviews. They have been sent a copy of the official lawsuit with the MASSACHUSETTS SEAL from the ATTORNEY GENERAL dated August 1st, 2015. I told them that the Attorney General ordered a mediation hearing for August 6th (The publisher did not show up). The result of the hearing was ruled in my favor. I spent 5 years writing and researching my book. I poured my heart and soul into writing Rogue Mobster. Amazon forced my hand. How? The 3 star rating forced me to spend over $1000 on Amazon Ad-Campaigns. I also believe that they don't want to face the issue of selling unlicensed books. Other than that, why do they find it easy to remove a 5 star review? Yet, they WILL NOT remove the two of three one star reviews that both use the word "PAINFUL" that came in on August 14th and 16th of 2015 after the mediation hearing that the publisher refused to attend, thus breaking the law.
