Hi. I'm not sure what to do. I can log into my KDP account, I can access reports, but cannot get to the Bookshelf to create the first book, or access account details. And when I go to help-contact us, it bounces me to the welcome screen (the sign in screen). When I try to access either the Bookshelf or Account Details, it bounces me back to the welcome screen or I get a 404 error.
How do I go about contact HELP, if I can't do it from with the KDP dashboard?
Thanks for the reply. I seemed to be logged in correctly - can access everything in the amazon.com account, it just seems to be portions of KDP that are not working. Not be able to access help is frustrating though.
This is exactly what happens when you log into the wrong account. Log out, and make absolutely sure you are suing the correct username and password. The account are posting from was created yesterday ( 07/17/17 )
I've logged out repeatedly. I logged into the regular Amazon.com account - shows purchases etc, so it's the right one (has my picture for my profile and everything). Using the same login information, logged into KDP but the problem persists. Hit Contact Us, it bounces me to the log in screen leaving me no way to contact Amazon. No bookshelf. And yes, the KDP account is new, since this is the first ebook to be under my own account. Used same credentials to log in as regular account, but the bookshelf won't work. I'm just not sure where to go from here.
