Copyright Issues?

Hey folks,

I'm a teacher looking to make some extra cash. There's a math book where there are no solutions in the back of the book OR in the teacher's edition. I want to publish a book with all of the problem solutions. Am I going to get into trouble for this?

Thanks,
Scott

Whelp, I called one of the authors directly, and she said they intentionally didn't make a solutions manual. I guess I'm stopping lol!
